Introduction to Robotics with Cubelets
In our first class, students will be introduced to the Cubelets robotics system, and will collaborate, experiment, and build a robot that can complete a specific task using the power, distance, drive, passive, rotate, brightness, and light Cubelets. They will also take notes to describe what they tried, what worked, and what didn't.
Students will also be able to answer the following questions:
What is a machine?
What is a robot?
What does "autonomous" mean?
Are all robots machines?
Are all machines robots?
What three things does a robot need to do autonomously?
